All forms, processes and policies can be found in the TT Central blog in the top menu bar. We don’t include links to forms as they inevitably break. All forms can be found by role in the Form post.  

PROPOSAL + syllabi FORM

If you are proposing a session, such as a workshop, we will follow up with you to request a syllabus.  If you are proposing a talk, we will use your description, title and image for our site. You don’t need to go on to the syllabus form. Once accepted, you will receive an invitation letter with full details.

Faculty Payment

The pay scale for teaching, advising and speaking is 150 USD.
Advisors: 150 per meeting (including prep) - 6 each per year
Session leaders: 150 per hour + 50 for syllabus prep for a three-hour workshop
Guest speakers: 45 min talk + 45 min discussion: 300 USD

Other Hats

Reviewers, interviewers, panellists, moderators, and assessors fees are 50 USD per hour.
Administrative work fees are 35 USD per hour.

PAYMENT

Submit bank credentials in the relevant check-in form.
Payment is generally within two weeks with an on-time check-in form.
No payments in April, August and December.
