A series of objects designed using the ARC framework will be placed freely within an on-going exhibit for people to explore in their own time, each created to cultivate available capacity through attentional, bodily, and interoceptive features. Those who engage are invited to share how they feel before and after through a short self-guided worksheet, a brief voice recording, and an optional heart rate sensor. By understanding how people respond to designs that expand capacity for neuroaesthetic experiences, we can start to provide genuine access to these experiences in a world that increasingly diminishes our ability to feel and create.
