Proposal - both advisors review > choose a third advisor to review > have a zoom chat with the PgR optionally > both advisors sign off > third advisor does an assessor form and includes comments already shared with both advisor + pgr.  Milestone 1 Status confirmation via assessment form.

Draft - both advisors. Milestone 2 Status confirmation via assessment form.

Thesis - both advisors sign off > one tt faculty and one external asssessors review thesis and practice and email PgR with questions > Milestone 3, both sign off. pgr and advisors make recommendations and dean confirms. pgr and advisors make recommendations and dean confirms. Status confirmation via assessment form.

viva voce - one TT external to the project faculty and one external assessor reviews  >  Q&A > agree award and any conditions and write joint-reflection on the viva (rather than "a report”). Status confirmation via assessment form.
