TT CENTRAL

You will meet monthly with your advisory team each trimester as follows:
1. One full team meeting + one additional individual meeting with each advisor.
2. Meeting are not transferrable to another trimester.
3. Sessions will take place in the designated trimester and not during Deep Focus research months.
4. Suggested format per session: 1 hour meeting + 2 hours prep (variations upon mutual agreement).
5. PgR coordinates and hosts meetings. (Jitsi is free and secure).
6. Each team member completes a TT check-in form the third week of the third month of every trimester.
7. For advisory matters arising between check-ins, email the director promptly.
8. Optional additional meetings are possible if your advisor/s agree. See the tuition page for fees.
