Transart Data Consent

Under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the Data Protection Act 2018, there are certain occasions when Transart Institute must obtain your explicit consent to use your information, known as "Personal Data." Personal Data includes, but is not limited to your name, address, contact number, email address, and photographic image. We would like to hold and use your information for the purposes set out below which require consent.

  • Transart Institute may internally publish or share the following information that will be accessible by advisors, faculty, staff and students:

    I consent to my photographic image being used for the following purposes:

    • Inclusion in Transart Institute newsletters

    • Publication on Transart Institute's website (transartinstitute.org)

    • Publication on Transart Institute's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)

    • Recording and release of Intensive Sessions and Public Talks on Transart Institute's website 

    • Marketing of Transart Institute's academic programs

    • Communicating Transart Institute's activities and accomplishments

    • Use in the process of recruiting students, advisors, faculty, and guests for Transart Institute
